At Rockland Aquarium, we work closely with our distributors to locate hard-to-find or out-of-stock items. If we can get it for you, you’ll receive a 15% discount on your special-order item.

Submit a Request
Email rocklandaquarium@gmail.com or text 845-269-1530 with the product name, brand, size, or photo reference. -
We Confirm Availability & Price
Once we verify the item can be ordered, we’ll contact you with details and your discounted total. -
Place Your Pre-Order
After we confirm your item, we’ll send you an invoice for 10% of the final cost.
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to place your order.
This deposit secures your item. -
Pick Up or Delivery
Most special orders arrive within 3–10 business days. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s ready for pickup or local delivery.
